Monitoring
The monitoring views bring together two read-only tools that let administrators and auditors trace activity on the platform: Chat Threads (/admin/chat-threads) and Task Runs (/admin/task-runs). Both views are for inspection only — conversations cannot be continued or edited. Only admin users can access these pages.
The Auditor permission (see Users) allows a user to view all threads in the organization, regardless of their role.
Chat Threads
The Chat Threads page (/admin/chat-threads) lists the conversations users have had with agents (see Threads). The search field filters the list by name, project, or user.
The table contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the conversation (sortable) |
| Project | Associated project. Threads created via the OpenAI-compatible API do not belong to any project and are marked with API |
| User | The user who owns the thread (filterable by individual users) |
| Created | Creation date (sortable) |
Using the menu at the end of a row, you can Open or Delete a thread. Clicking a row opens the detail view.
Thread detail view
The detail page shows:
- Conversation — a read-only view of the entire conversation history.
- Metadata — Created, Agent, User, Project, as well as the Current Run and the Last Run.
- Token Usage — the prompt, completion, and total tokens consumed by this thread.
- Files — the files attached to the thread. Individual files can be removed here.
- Credentials — the credentials stored for the thread. Individual entries can be removed.
The Delete Thread button removes the entire conversation.
Task Runs
The Task Runs page (/admin/task-runs) lists the executions of tasks (see Tasks). Here too, the list can be searched by ID or task name using the search field.
The table contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Shortened identifier of the run (sortable) |
| Task | Name of the executed task |
| Created | Time of execution (sortable) |
Clicking a row opens the detail view.
Run detail view
The detail page shows:
- Conversation — a read-only view of the execution flow.
- Metadata — the underlying Task (linked to the task definition), Created, the Token Usage (prompt / completion / total), as well as the number of attached Files and stored Credentials.
Notes
Deleting a thread, a file, or credentials is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Both views are inspection-only tools and do not alter the flow of a conversation or execution.
- For an organization-wide analysis of token consumption across all threads, see the Token Metrics page.
