General
BasePeak.AI is configured by your BasePeak.AI tenant admin account. The settings described in this section are available through the admin UI and control platform-wide behaviour for all users in your workspace.

Key settings areas

Data retention
BasePeak.AI applies a default retention policy of 90 days to run history and thread activity. Older records are purged automatically. Contact support if you need a different retention window for your workspace.
