BasePeak.AI is a hosted AI agent platform that lets you build, configure, and chat with AI agents — without managing any infrastructure. Everything runs on the BasePeak.AI platform; there is nothing to install or self-host.

What is an agent?​

An agent is a configurable AI assistant you define once and use across many conversations. Each agent has its own identity, toolset, and knowledge base, so it focuses on exactly the domain you designed it for.

What agents can do​

  • Work with tools: Agents accomplish tasks by calling tools — web browsers, APIs, file systems, email, and more — to fetch information or take action on your behalf.
  • Create content: They draft documents, write code, generate images, and produce structured data, saving results to your personal workspace.
  • Use your knowledge: Connect a knowledge set to give an agent access to your organization's documents and data via built-in retrieval (RAG).
  • Collaborate and share: Share a finished agent with teammates or publish it so anyone in your organization can start a conversation with it.

Platform features​

  • Built-in knowledge (RAG): Attach knowledge sets — uploaded documents or connected data sources — to ground agent responses in your own content.
  • Tool integrations: A growing catalog of tools covers web search, code execution, file operations, external APIs, and third-party services. OAuth-secured tools connect to services on the user's behalf without exposing credentials.
  • Model-provider connectivity: Choose from leading language model providers; model selection is managed by your platform administrator.
  • Secure, OAuth-protected access: All sessions are authenticated via OAuth 2.0. Access to agents and projects is controlled per user.
